Return Policy
Below are the policies and requirements for returning a product to RespShop:
- Returning Unopened and Unused Products: If the product is unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition, kindly return it to us along with your invoice. We will issue a refund to your credit card or PayPal account. Please note that a 15% returns processing fee will be deducted from the original purchase price. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the order's shipping date.
- Open or Used Products: We do not accept returns of opened or used products. Please note that if you return a used product, it will be sent back to you.
- Product Defects: If you encounter any product defects, please contact us for assistance.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any fees associated with returning items to RespShop.com are the customer's responsibility.
- Returns for CPAP masks are covered under the 30-Day Mask Guarantee Program.
- We do not accept returns on CPAP or BiPAP machines and oxygen concentrators.
30-Day Mask Guarantee Program
At RespShop, we recognize that finding a good-fitting mask can be a process of trial and error. To support our customers, we provide a 30-day return policy for all our masks. Learn more about the specifics of our 30-Day Mask Guarantee Program here.
Note: Many of our CPAP masks come with multiple cushion sizes, a packaging style referred to as a "fit pack". Choosing a fit pack affords you multiple sizing options, ensuring an optimal fit and preventing any sizing concerns.
How Long is My CPAP Machine/Mask/Tubing Covered?
Flow Generators (CPAP machines) - 2-year manufacturer warranty, except DeVilbiss CPAPs, which have a 3-year warranty.
Humidifiers - 2-year manufacturer warranty.
ResMed ClimateLine Tubing - 90 days manufacturer warranty.
Other Products - 30 days manufacturer warranty
I have a defective CPAP machine/mask. What should I do? - Before returning any product, please contact customer service to start the warranty process for you. The manufacturer warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage to the unit, or water damage.
Note: All services, including the advertisement, ordering, sale, delivery, instruction, and setup of the products, are performed solely by RespShop.com and independently of the manufacturers. Should you require warranty assistance, we kindly request that you contact RespShop.com rather than the manufacturer or local dealers.
Ozone Cleaning Devices and CPAP Machine Warranty - Machine warranty does not cover damage caused by use of ozone cleaning devices. RespShop recommends following the manufacturer's cleaning instructions in the user manual to avoid voiding the manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty Policy
Should you experience any issues with your CPAP or BiPAP machine, oxygen concentrator, CoughAssist and myAirvo2 while it is under warranty, we kindly ask you to follow the steps below.
(1) Contact RespShop by phone and a member of our medical staff will provide troubleshooting assistance.
(2) Send your machine back to RespShop. Ensure your order number is included in the package so we can assist you promptly. Please be advised that RespShop does not cover return shipping costs.
If the machine was purchased within 90 days, RespShop will send a new replacement machine via standard shipping at no cost to you. We can expedite the replacement machine to you for an additional cost.
If the machine was purchased over 90 days ago, RespShop will arrange for the machine in question to be repaired. As repair times can vary from a few weeks to over 30 days, we recommend renting or purchasing a backup machine while you wait. Once the repairs are completed, we will ship the machine back to you via standard shipping at no extra charge. You can choose to have the unit expedited for an additional cost.
Extended Warranty
Protect your investment with our extended warranty options, available at the time of purchase and any time thereafter up to 30 days before the standard 2-year warranty expires. Note that to be eligible, the CPAP must have been originally purchased through RespShop.
We offer 1-year and 2-year extended warranties, which supplement the standard 2-year manufacturer warranty, giving you up to 3 or 4 years of total coverage.
Extended warranties do not cover accidental or physical damage caused by drops, spills or events that are not typical of CPAP therapy. Extended warranties cannot be transferred to another party.
Extended Warranty covers domestic shipping back to you. Shipping the machine to us for an extended warranty diagnostic is the customer’s responsibility. International shipping is not covered.
Extended Warranty is available on ResMed, Philips Respironics, Fisher & Paykel, and Breas CPAP, APAP, BiPAP/VPAP machines. Extended Warranty is not available on DeVilbiss IntelliPAP Machines.

International Warranty Policy
All devices or masks sold by RespShop.com do not have international warranty. If you are an international customer or a US customer traveling outside of the US, you will have to contact us for warranty services.
Please do not contact the manufacturers or your local dealers. You will need to send the defective machines/masks (you do not need to send us the accessories, so you will pay less postage) to ResShop, and we will send the replaced or repaired machines/masks to you.
Very important: If you ship defective products from overseas, be sure to use postal service. Do NOT use Fedex/UPS/TNT/DHL or any other shipping company otherwise you will be responsible for import duty/tax/broke fee or any other customs related charges.
Customers are responsible for round trip shipping costs, and/or duty charges.
Order Cancelation
If an order is canceled before shipment, RespShop will refund the full payment within 1 business day.
Flexible Payments
RespShop offers monthly payment plans through Affirm.
Refund
Refunds for canceled orders and returns of unopened and unused products will be credited back to the original payment method. This includes credit cards and PayPal.
If the original payment method is not available, the refund will be issued as store credit in the customer's RespShop account. Store credit expires in 12 months, but can be extended upon request.

RespShop Price Protection
If we lower the price of a product, we are happy to honor the new price within 60 days of the order's shipping date.*
