Q. I did not receive a book from my oxygen supplier. Do you sell the filters? I did not see them on your website. I would like to have a spare so when I clean one I have one to put back on
A. Please give us a call to discuss this further. 866-936-3754 I am not sure which oxygen concentrator you are using to know if we have the filters you require. We look forward to hearing from you.

Subject: Christmas tree adapter
When Mom came home from the hospital requiring oxygen therapy overnight, we were provided with a 5 litre oxygen concentrator to use. I was told to wash the bubble bottle weekly and change the cannula and tubing to prevent any bacteria growth. At Mom's first follow up with the doctor he told us to not use the bubble bottle anymore. I was happy to have less to worry about and no more distilled water runs. But when I went to hook up the new tubing there was no where for it to be! I was so confused initially. The bubble bottle screwed onto the oxygen concentrator directly and then the oxygen tubing connected to the nipple on the bubble bottle. Now I had no way of connecting the tubing at all. I had no idea what I needed or if there was anything to help. I wondered if I had to buy another concentrator. I called Respshop and the Respiratory Therapist assured me there was an easy fix. A little item called the Christmas Tree Adapter - I mean it really does look like a tree! - screws onto the oxygen concentrator directly and the tubing pressure fits onto it! Fabulous Respshop for knowing exactly what I needed!
