I purchased a mask like this at Apria and can't use it because it's too big. The person who fitted me for it seemed hurried and overly self-confident. I don't think she really put much effort into finding out what size I actually needed. Once the plastic wrapping was open, she said that I had to purchase it. Consequently, I have hardly used it at all. Each time I've tried was unsuccessful. I am considering buying one online, from Respshop, a size smaller. but hesitate to not have a patient proffessional fit me properly.

The mask appears to be good. However, DO NOT TRUST THE SIZE! My current mask is medium. I purchased this mask in medium and I will NOT be able to use it. It is WAY TOO BIG. Money lost, lesson learned.
