Ultra Mirage II Nasal CPAP Mask by ResMed
Like ResMed's traditional Mirage line of CPAP masks, the Ultra Mirage II Nasal Mask is comfortable, quiet, and effective. The mask comes with a tight-fitting, leak-minimizing, dual-wall cushion for optimum comfort and performance. An adjustable wraparound headgear secures the mask to your face without obstructing your vision and a padded forehead support adds extra stability.
Adjustable Headgear with Forehead Support
The Ultra Mirage II's adjustable headgear is made of moisture-wicking fabric that ensures a comfortable fit while actively drawing away sweat and moisture for a cool and comfortable night's sleep. Its padded forehead support offers additional stability to maintain an effective seal. Quick-Release Headgear Clips help guide the headgear to the frame, making mask fitting quicker and easier.
Dual-Wall Cushion
The Ultra Mirage II features a dual-wall nasal cushion to ensure a secure and comfortable fit, minimizing air leaks and reducing pressure points on the skin. As air flows to the mask, the dual-wall cushion inflates to provide a stable yet soft seal around the nose that is gentle on the skin. The Ultra Mirage II cushion is available in four sizes: standard, large, shallow and shallow wide.

Been using this particular head gear for years. They are long lasting, easy to wash and dry and don't lose elasticity for a long time.
My trouble with other masks (and I tried many) is that the airstream is generally pointed forward, so unless one sleep on his back, it always hit some parts of one of your hands, which troubles me a lot - so in cold weather I wear gloves!
I tried many mask, and the outcoming air stream disturb my sleep!
This is the only mask that doesn't disturb my sleep becaus of that.
I wander when manufacturers will start paying attention to this phenomena.
Otherwise the mask fitt perfectly, yet it is a beat too heavy and the straps are badly manufactured. Resmed has to buy some of philips masks to learn about longevity of straps.
