Controlled Breathing
Respironics brings Flex technology to their line of System One CPAP machines. Flex has the ability to sense your breathing pattern -- monitoring your most recent five breaths -- and uses this data to adjust your pressure setting based on your breathing rates. The system comes with three different pressure settings for your convenience.
System One Humidification
The REMstar's heated humidifier is a great addition to your CPAP therapy. The REMstar System One heated humidifier comfortably warms the air you breathe for a relaxed respiratory cycle, and the device comes with an optional heated tube. Ramp Technology

The machine came out July 2013, was when I bought it. It is still in good condition and works great. The Flex pressure has 0-3 levels, 0 means flex is turned off, helps you to exhale comfortably. I usually I set mine at level 2 ‘cause I am most comfortable at this level. I was wondering if SE stands for Standard Exhalation? Does anyone know? Anyway, this machine helps me sleep well since day one.
