The Transcend 3 can be used in both CPAP and APAP modes making it fit both a fixed pressure and a range pressure prescription. When in APAP mode, the machine works within the range of pressures set within, to provide you with the pressure required to keep you optimally treated. Do I need to do a sleep study to know what settings I should have my Transcend set to?

Can I charge the battery pack while it is connected to my Transcend?
Yes, the Transcend EZEX battery can be recharged with the AC power supply or mobile power adaptor while delivering therapy. The Portable Solar Battery Charger will also recharge Transcend batteries, but it cannot be used during therapy.

The Transcend Auto EZEX CPAP is the automatic version of the Transcend EZEX CPAP . Both provide new features and are an upgrade for the Transcend II Travel CPAP.

RX Required
The battery will run for approximately 14-16 hours @ 14 cmH2O. It will last a bit longer at lower pressures. The Warranty is 9 months, and a battery pack generally lasts for a couple of years. That being said it all depends on how often you use it and charge it.

I received my Transcend 3 miniCPAP Auto on time - with about 7 days. I have been using while I wait for my prescription machine to arrive - which is expected in 4-6 weeks. I plan on using this on my vacations after that. It is light and seems portal. So far it has been easy to use (though I need to figure out how to hook it up to computer to see my stats). Overall I am happy with the product.
