Q. I have a dream station and I run out of water within 7 hours. I have tried to turn off the heat but that does not work for me. I keep it the lowest setting of 1. Is there any way to reduce the heat setting below 1?
A. You can turn off your humidifier, but if you are running out of water at a setting of 1, chances are your mask is leaking a lot and there is more water being absorbed then there should be.
Q. this works for the new Dream Station 2
A. Unfortunately no, they are two different chambers. You will want to get part # 1142832.
Q. the water level in the humidifier chamber usually goes during the night so I have to refill each night before bed. How come the level now stays the same every night?
A. The level will change as the environment changes outside is the main reason or if you humidifier setting is different
Q. I have a dreamstation cpap and I need the water tank for it. The S/N is J258927271E61. Will this $19.00 tank work on my machine and what else do I need to have to complete it?
