Q. When I clean the water tank, is ok to save the unused distilled water?
A. Yes that should be fine!
Q. does this come with the gasket inside ??
A. Yes, it does.
Q. Is there a bigger tank available for the dreamststion 2
A. I am sorry there is not anything bigger.
Q. Is humidifier chamber dishwasher safe?
A. Yes, the company says it is on the top shelf only. I would suggest just washing in the sink with soap and water.
Q. This will be my 3rd water chamber. The first 2 cracked around the metal. Any idea why this is happening?

Q. How much for a replacement DreamStation 2? The one I had was recalled.
A. Hi there the Dreamstation 1 was recalled and that unit is not available for purchase due to the recall. The Dreamstation 2 is also not yet available for purchase at this time due to the stock being used for the recall process by the manufacturer. Q. Does the Philips Respironics DreamStation 2 replacement humidifier chamber, model 1142832, come with the black lid as shown in the picture? Or must the lid, model 1146073, be purchased also?

Subject: Preferred option for my CPAP
Shipped on time, and for me just in time, since I was overdue for a replacement. I should have ordered two so I was sure I was covered while funds were in my FSA account for this year. I like that it has fewer nooks and crannies to clean than other CPAP brands' designs.

Just in time. My old one was overdue to be replaced. Does what it should. Few nooks and crannies to clean versus some other designs for other brands of CPAP. Shipment was on time.

Subject: Review of recent order
I was pleasantly surprised with the speed and efficiency of placing my order through you. After I received my new Dream Station Two, I wanted to make sure I had a replacement tank; I ordered one through my CPAP provider, and was shocked to receive a tank without the tank cover. They said that is how they're shipped. Then, I went on line, and saw someone asking whether or not the tank cover came with the tank; your answer was "yes", and I placed my order.
Your order/shipping department is doing a great job.
