Q. Is there an elbow adapter for the Airsense 11 that works for the heated tube?
A. No, there is not an adapter as the electrodes need to connect to the machine directly.
Q. Does this elbow fitting work with the Air Sense 11?
A. Resmed produced this item to place at the back of the Airsense where the tube attaches to allow the tube to stay straight and avoid the tube pinching. It will work on the both the Airsense 10 and 11
Q. is this elbow compatible with slimline cpap hoses?
A. Yes, it's compatible with slimline hoses. Even those hoses have 22mm connector, so no issues there!

Subject: elbow tube for the ResMed AirSence 10 CPAP
I ordered a couple of these elbows, just in case. This is the only part of the ResMed AirSence 10 CPAP machine that I found to be a little flimsy. I haven't experienced any problems with the original part, but being as it is the part which is essential between the machine and the tubing, not having extras on hand in case of failure seemed reasonable. Good price too.

I saw this ResMed CPAP Tubing Elbow and purchased it immediately.
It fits great and fills the need to get the hose coming off the back of my ResMed CPAP pointed upwards or to the side.
I have no idea why it took ResMed this long to figure this out.
