ResMed AirSense 10 Heated Hose
The ResMed ClimateLineAir heated tube is specifically designed for the AirSense 10 series of CPAP machines as well as the AirCurve 10 series of BiPAP machines.
The tubing works in conjunction with the AirSense/AirCurve 10's built-in HumidAir heated humidifier and the machine's advanced Climate Control system. When the ClimateLineAir heated tube is plugged into an AirSense/AirCurve 10 device, it enables Climate Control Auto, a setting which automatically adjusts the temperature and humidity levels based on the user's environment to prevent dry mouth, rainout and nasal congestion. The ClimateLineAir tubing uses its advanced temperature-sensing technology to maintain a consistent temperature throughout the length of the tube, thereby preventing condensation buildup that causes rainout.
Featuring a slim, 15mm inner diameter, the ResMed ClimateLineAir heated tubing is lightweight and flexible, making it easy to manage during sleep. The tube is compatible with all CPAP masks with standard 22mm diameter connectors, offering users more freedom when selecting a CPAP mask.

Why Do You Need a Heated Tube?

Heated CPAP tubing serves one primary purpose: preventing moisture buildup in the tube. The heated and humidified air from your CPAP machine cools as it travels from the machine to your face, leading to condensation buildup that, in extreme cases, result in water sloshing around in your hose and mask. If there is a draft nearby (e.g., you sleep with a fan on or near the window), or if you sleep with the AC on, the odds of this happening is even greater.
Condensation in your CPAP tubing is a problem as air flowing past the water droplets can create loud popping sounds that disrupt your sleep. Excess condensation or rainout can result in water splashing onto your face or even into your nose!
Using a heated hose solves these problems because the heated hose helps maintain a constant temperature throughout your CPAP circuit. This temperature control insulates the air inside the tubing from the cooler temperature in its surroundings. As an added bonus, you can even adjust the temperature in the heated hose for your comfort, making this a great upgrade to the standard hose!

I was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea a year ago. While it was great to finally know what was going on with my health. I was not provided with much information at all. I got a cpap and a mask and was told to use it each night. I would attempt to use it every night. Each night I would attempt to use CPAP therapy. My mask was comfortable and easy to put on so I didn't mind that. Once I was lying down, wearing my mask, I would start feeling optimistic about being able to wear the mask all night. This would be the night, I would tell myself. I would sleep soundly for a couple of hours and then I would wake to a loud noise and water spitting at me! It was alarming! I didn't know what was happening. I would be grossed out and frustrated and TIRED. I would go back to sleep without my mask. I eventually quit using it. Feeling guilty about my non compliance I did some research and found RespShop.com What an impressive website! I called through and the kind, informative customer service explained I needed a ClimatelineAir tubing. This tube allows my humidification to be set as I need it and no more waking to noise or water in my face! Get a ClimateLineAir tube!
I'm currently on anticoagulation medication and I get cold easily so the heated climate control tubing keeps my lungs warm and my body temperature comfortable.
I got a used air sense 10 from a friend and needed a hose for it. I use this machine for travel and leave my air sense 11 at home. The tube worked great and came in time for my weekend travel. Thanks respahop for the fast and reliable shipping.

It was an excellente product. I am very satisfided. It was an excellent delivery, the assistance they gave me through the online chat to be able to buy my products was very efficient. I love the way they assisted me. The quality of the product and its use is very good y very efficient. However, the packaging of the tube was not appropriate because it arrived very bent.
This is the first machine I have used as well as the first tubing. It has all worked beautifully and I am very happy with my purchase.
a great combination with the humidifier. It's very comfortable, and aids with a more comfortable sleep.
I'm new to having to use a CPAP, and my AirSense10 was delivered to me with a basic hose by a local distributer. Trying to figure out temperatures and humidity levels was a pain. Plugging this in, and having everything pop over to Auto has been really helpful. I have been sleeping better, and my sinuses don't feel like a swamp or desert in the mornings. It costs a bit more than the standard hose, but the convenience and comfort are well worth it.
Usually lasts anywhere from 5-7 months before you need to replace.
