The SlimStyle Tube is a light, 15mm non-heated tube designed for the Breas Z1 and Z2 Series of travel CPAP machines. It is available in 4-foot and 6-foot and connects to all standard CPAP masks.
Note: The Z1/Z2 CPAP Tubing Adapter is required to connect the SlimStyle Tube to the Z1/Z2 machine.

Pretty good tube. Very mean material. turns dark after some month of use.
I would prefer the Philips Respironics slim tubing but I am not sure that it is compatible with the HDM z1
Regarding the tube lengh, I would consider the short one. From my experience the length influence in the humidity level and comfort during the use.
