How do I clean the Air 11 air outlet?
Hand wash the air outlet with warm water and mild detergent or in a solution of 1 part vinegar to 9 parts water. Rinse thoroughly under running water and air dry away from direct sunlight. Do not wash in water hotter than 131ºF (55ºC). The air outlet can also be washed in the dishwasher.
How do I remove the air outlet connector?
- Remove the Air 11 HumidAir Water Tub from your CPAP or BiPAP.
- Locate the gray air outlet release tab inside the space where the water tub was.
- Press the release tab with your index finger while pulling the air outlet connector out the back of the machine with your other hand.
How do I insert the air outlet connector?
- Hold the air outlet connector with the seal pointing towards the left and the release tab facing forward.
- Insert the outlet connector into your AirSense/AirCurve 11 from the back of the machine. It will click into place.

Q. How long does it take to ship?

Q. The tank on my airsence 11 does not line up with the outlet. When I reseat it, it counts as a mask off. Is that correct?
A. If the water chamber is not in the Airsense 11 properly or at all the machine will not run. Be sure you have the correct water chamber. Give us a call to discuss further. 866-936-3754
Q. Benefits - Heated tubing verses non heated tubing?
A. Heated tubing sustains the humidity level set at the machine and doesn't let it dissipate before reaching the end user. Heated tubing prevents rain out in the tube. Less moisture equates less bacteria so healthier therapy.
Q. I use a regular tube no heat do I still have to wash it as often?
A. It is recommended that you wash your standard tubing weekly in soap and water, rinse and air dry.

A. Hello, As per the manufacturer's recommendations, Clean Weekly. Wash the outlet connector in warm water using a mild dishwashing liquid OR in a solution with a ratio of 1 part vinegar and 9 parts water at room temperature. Components should not be washed in temperatures higher than 131ºF (55ºC). The humidifier tub and outlet connector may be washed in a dishwasher.
Q. How often should this part be replaced? There is a soft section to this part that could wear like the water chamber.
A. Hi there, this item should be replaced as needed. We suggest replacing it annually and as needed. You can check the integrity when removing to wash with regular schedule.
Q. Is there a replacement schedule for the outlet connector on the Airsense 11?
A. Hi there! You shouldn't need to replace this part unless it is defective/broken. It can be removed for washing. To remove, simply press the release clip located inside the machine and then pull the adapter out from the back of the machine.

One is none, two is one. Bought this plastic piece to have in event it is needed on Resmed AirSense 11. This part is not stocked at my usual Medicare supplier, and a little harder to find. RespShop stocked this part and shipped promptly.
