Q. Do all new ResMed PX10 replacement straps now have factory slider buckle built-in to adjust strap length?
A. Yes they do.
Q. How do i secure the straps to the frame
A. You will have to weave the frame into the strap and ensure the fabric is fastened behind the tab close to the nose. I suggest going onto youtube and searching "Airfit P10 headgear remove and replace" There are some great educational videos that will review that.
Q. What should I set my settings on pillows or nasal
A. For the P10 mask this is a Pillows mask. Thank you.

Subject: My P10 nasal pillow strap
I had the original straps for my P10 Nasal Pillow Mask, and it was very worn out.
I bought a new set and I absolutely love it!
It is a much better design now and the adjustment is nothing like the old way was. I think this new strap will last a long time.
But since the strap was cheap enough, I'll probably be ordering more of them.
Keep up the good work respshop.

Subject: Necessary for Proper Fit
Unusual that the P10 Mask replacement doesn't include a headgear (strap) from most insurance companies. These really make a difference when the old straps begin to stretch out.

The best choice for my money and with all headgear that stretch out over a short time at least this product can be shortened so you can use it longer.

I find that very quickly the headgear tends to loosen up with no facility to tighten it up again even after washing in water. I tend to use a rubber band round the end to tighten it up a little to my head size but I a sure someone could incorporate some feature within the design of the bands possibly using something like Velcro strips to enable this tightening up facility that it is currently lacking.

Subject: headgear
Not real happy with the headgear. Seems undersized and cheap.

Thank you for your review! It is the same headgear that came with your mask. It can be tricky to get it on to your mask, give us a call so we can help.

Material stretches out of shape too quickly. Need to be able to fasten with Velcro or some such manner.

Great News! The Headgear on the New N30 does include adjustable headgear which can be used on the P10 mask as well:)

I, too feel the replacement AIRFIT P10 mask strap is a ridiculous price. It does not last very long and I have made do with the original. I am going to try making my own with felt and elastic and maybe velcro - I am sure I can make it work. Shame Resmed - the price of your parts are over the top.

My husband has the airfit p10 and he too finds the headgear only lasts a few months.I fold it over and stitch it to shorten it but it soon goes again. We live in NZ and at $80 something dollars a pop to replace I feel it needs to be redesigned somehow.

Straps stretch to easily. Needs at minimum an adjustable Velcro method and the replacements are way over priced.

The headgear is pretty weak and the clips are useless. I tie a knot in the top but sometimes is hard on back of head an wakes me up. Not a very practical headgear but what choice?

These bands only last a few months before they stretch beyond their usable limit. I have used rubber bands to try and make the straps last longer and am about to try and design a better alternative. The price of replacements is ridiculous for something that only lasts a couple of months. Resmed need to do something about this before they start losing customers.
