Q. If I don't need extra cushions, straps, etc is this all I need to replace current Dreamwear mask? the full thing is $89 versus this one and has multiple size cushions. I only use a medium cushion

A. Yes, it's compatible with all CPAP machines including the DreamStation
Q. Is this the replacement mask
A. This is the replacement Frame for some of the Dreamwear masks. This includes the Nasal mask, Nasal pillows, gel pillows, and Full face mask.
Q. Q: The gel cheek pads on my DREAMSTATION frame got sticky, so I ordered a new frame from Amazon. It came in a Philips Respironics box that says Nuance Pro gel frame. PROBLEM: the triangular opening on this new frame is hard plastic, unlike the old frame, which is a flexible, soft plastic frame. This older flexible triangular frame allows me to slip the flexible pillow cushion platform snugly over it. The hard plastic triangular frame will not allow me to do this.
So...do I have the wrong gel frame? If so, do you have a replacement with the flexible triangular frame that the pillow cushion can snuggly attach to?
Whew! I have made this complicated! But trying to be clear about the problem.

Q. I need one of these to go with my new Transcend 3 Mini, but this does not appear to come with the elbow that attaches the top to the hose. Is it available separately?

Q. Hi, I have this mask (got it from my sleep center) and I would like to own a replacement just in case. I am unable to determine the size of my current mask (probably either small or medium). Is there a way for me to tell?

A. Hi there, that item you're looking for is just the frame for the mask. To determine the size of the frame, look at the top piece that is on the top of your head, on the back it should say small medium or large (S/M/L).

Q. Hi, currently using Resmed n30i with small frame and SW cushions. I feel the frame is too small and am wondering if the ResMed cushions will fit if I want to try out a Philips medium frame. I am already using the Philips headgear (though I think is knockoff as no brand on the fabric part). I just got a supply of the SW cushions so I would need to use them up.
A. Mask parts are respective to the specific mask. You cannot interchange Resmed cushions on a Philips mask or vice versa.
Q. Is this a new not repurposed mask in sealed manufacturer packaging? I have purchased from other sellers who sell them in zip lock bags…not medical grade.
A. These are new and come sealed directly from the manufacture. Others that are not licenced may sell them that way.

This is my preferred option so long as I have the fabric covers for the lower end. I have questioned whether I should go up a size, but stuck with this size so far. I prefer it with the fabric headgear. Shipment was on time.
