Q. When will the large size be available again?
A. The N30 has no Large size though. It is only available in Small, Small-wide & Medium. Feel free to give us a chat on our website OR call us at 1-866-936-3754 for faster assistance!
Q. I have the N20 pillow mask...will this work with my headset?
A. No, they are not interchangeable. We recommend getting the whole N30 mask instead if you want to try out the whole mask.
Q. How often to clean long hose, by hand. Can I use dawn soap? What is easiest way to do?
A. As recommended, rinsing the mask and the hose daily is a good practice to help it clean in the interim. We recommend using Purdoux CPAP Mask & Hose Soap when cleaning your mask and hose.
Q. Is there a shortage of n30 small size nasal pillows. Why does it leak? How often should they need to be replaced ?
A. Hello, I am not aware of any shortage on this mask. If it is leaking you may need to replace it sooner. Usually once a month is standard for these cushions.
