Q. Does the machine cause any radiation to the tech assisting with operation?

A. Hello, No there is no radiation that I know of coming from the unit. I would talk with the physician and ask to have it changed from manual to automatic mode. Thank you
Q. It is almost impossible to attach and detach the large tubing on my cough assist- it seems like the diameter of the hose is the same as the mask and the filter attachment. A while back I was given a thinner hose with attachments that are much easier to use, but I can’t find another one to replace mine with. Can you help me?
A. Hi, yes the hose with the mask is tighter. The trick is to start on the side of the hose and roll it to where it will attach. Hope fully this helps get that on better for you.

A. Yes this is just a mask. You will need to choose your size. Thank you
Q. not sure if she needs medium or large mask. what is your return policy?
A. For the masks, we can exchange for the correct size.
Q. Can I use my CPAP mask that looks similar to this with my cough assist?
A. No you cannot, this mask does not have exhalation ports like your CPAP mask would.
Q. Is this for the mask, tubing and filter or just a mask?
