Q For Quiet

Keep each night of CPAP therapy free of interruptions. The exhalation ports on the elbow are positioned to disperse air away from you and your partner, minimizing noise at all pressure settings.
Innovative Air Diffuser

Make the Zest Q much quieter — simply clip the diffuser and cover on top of the exhalation ports. The diffuser is replaceable for easy maintenance.
FlexiFoam™ Technology

Fewer mask leaks mean a more effective CPAP treatment. Combining a soft inner foam layer with a protective outer silicone seal, the FlexiFoam nasal cushion adapts to various facial shapes to provide a supportive seal.
Secure Fit

Maintain a comfortable and secure fit throughout the night. The Glider™ Strap distributes pressure evenly across your face and slides sideways to accommodate movements during sleep.
Hidden Strap Release

Often go for a midnight bathroom break? You don’t have to make readjustments whenever you put the Zest Q back on. Thanks to the quick strap release and glider clips, wearing and removing the mask is a breeze.
Easy Sizing

Finding your true fit with the Zest Q is easy. Each package comes with a one-size-fits-most cushion and one-size-fits-all headgear.

Fisher & Paykel Zest Q Nasal Mask

The “Q” in Zest Q stands for quiet and that’s exactly the kind of performance this Fisher & Paykel Nasal Mask delivers. With exhalation ports cleverly positioned on the elbow, the mask limits noise to ensure uninterrupted sleep. For an even more peaceful bedroom environment, you can choose to put the air diffuser on the exhalation ports to further minimize noise.

Besides its silent operation, the Zest Q features FlexiFoam technology, which involves two layers of cushions. A soft foam cushion wraps around the nose for a secure seal, while a silicone layer covers the foam cushion, keeping it clean from face oils and enhancing the fit.

Keeping your mask seal in place all night won’t be a problem with the Zest Q. In addition to the FlexiFoam cushion, the Zest Q Nasal Mask features a Glider Strap that slides sideways to help maintain an effective seal as you change positions.

Weekly cleaning: headgear
Daily cleaning: foam cushion, silicone seal, frame, elbow, swivel

  1. Disassemble the mask.
  2. Hand wash all parts except the foam cushion in warm water with mild soap. Avoid soaking the parts for more than 10 minutes.
  3. Wipe the foam cushion with a damp cloth.
  4. Rinse each part thoroughly under running water.
  5. Let the parts air dry away from direct sunlight.
The diffuser should be replaced every 2 to 3 months. It is not washable and should not be exposed to water.
To maintain the best fit and seal for your CPAP therapy, we recommend replacing the entire mask, including the headgear and frame, every 6 months.

The silicone cushion, however, may need to be replaced more frequently, typically every 2 to 3 months. Silicone naturally softens over time, which can affect its ability to create a good seal.
  1. Gently pull the mask away from your face and then release it, allowing the cushion seal to inflate and settle comfortably around your nose.
  2. Make sure to clean both your mask cushion and your face, as facial oils can interfere with the seal.
  3. Ensure you're wearing your Zest Q Nasal Mask according to the fitting instructions in the user guide. The way you put on the mask significantly impacts the seal.
  4. Adjust your headgear as necessary.
  5. Try a larger or smaller cushion size.
  6. Replace any worn out mask parts.

If your CPAP mask still leaks after following all those troubleshooting steps, a different mask style may be a better option. Feel free to contact RespShop for assistance in choosing a different mask.

This is a great mask.
This is the 2nd I have bought and have never had any problems. I tend to interchange between this mask and the Airfir10 nasal mask. The Zest is better I find if you have a cold or are a little blocked in the nose the self adjusting mechanism beneath the nose is very clever and occasionally needs a bit of lubrication for it to slide properly. Good value for money mask.

Fisher Paykel Zest Q CPAP Mask has the best fit I have ever worn since I have been dealing with CPAP machines. It has such a comfortable fit on my face with zero leakage. Also with the adjustable tubing helps me get the perfect adjustment at night so I may have the most possible comfort at night which is great benefit for me. I recommend this product with my highest recommendation possible.

Face mask fit fine for me. I hook it up and played with tightening the straps but not to much. It went downhill from here. The plastic part that rests on your forehead is uncomfortable. I thought this would help with comfort but I was wrong. I wore it for hours but then woke up randomly because my forehead hurt. I played with straps to help, played with the mask etc. Finally Hurt bad enough I hooked up my old mask.
