Bella Loops and Swift FX Headgear
The unique Bella Loops offer an alternative to traditional headgear, fitting comfortably around the ears to provide a minimalist and secure fit with fewer touch points on the face. Made from soft silicone, the loops rest gently around the ears and stretch across the cheeks to connect with the nasal pillow cushion. Does this Swift FX Bella work with all CPAP machines?
Yes, ResMed has designed the tubing cuffs on the Swift FX Bella For Her to work with any manufacturer's tubing or CPAP machine. The ResMed AirMini is the exception.

How do I know what nasal pillow size I need?
ResMed provides cushions of all three sizes (XS, S, and M) with the Swift FX Bella For Her. Once you determine which size is the best fit, you can purchase individual replacement cushions in the size that works best for you. If your mask is uncomfortable, you may need to try a different cushion size.

Is this mask the same as the Swift FX For Her plus the Bella Loops?
Yes, this mask is the equivalent of the Swift FX For Her (61540) with the pink Bella Loops (61581) added.

How do I clean my Swift FX Bella Nasal Pillow Mask?

Weekly cleaning: headgear, short tubing with swivel
Daily cleaning: cushion

Disassemble the mask.
Soak all parts in warm water with mild soap for up to ten minutes.
Gently scrub the vent with a soft bristle brush.
Rinse each part thoroughly under running water.
Air dry all parts away from direct sunlight. Lay the headgear flat to dry.

How often should I replace my Swift FX Bella Nasal Pillow Mask?

To maintain the best fit and seal for your CPAP therapy, we recommend replacing the entire mask, including the headgear and frame, every 6 months.

The silicone cushion, however, may need to be replaced more frequently, typically every 2 to 3 months. Silicone naturally softens over time, which can affect its ability to create a good seal.

What is the difference between the Swift FX Bella For Her and the Swift FX For Her nasal pillow mask?

The Swift FX Bella For Her offers two headgear options: the standard Swift FX For Her headgear and the Bella loops. The Swift FX For Her mask only comes with the standard headgear.

The Bella loops are unique in that they hook around the ears, unlike the standard headgear which wraps around the top and back of the head.

My Swift FX Bella For Her Nasal Pillow Mask is leaking. What should I do?

Gently pull the mask away from your face and then release it, allowing the tips of the nasal pillows to inflate and settle comfortably inside your nose.
Make sure to clean both your mask cushion and your face, as facial oils can interfere with the seal.
Ensure you're wearing your Swift FX Bella For Her according to the fitting instructions in the user guide. The way you put on the mask significantly impacts the seal.
Adjust your headgear as necessary.
Try a larger or smaller cushion size.
Replace any worn out mask parts.

Q. What is the purpose of the vent in the hose? It just blows air into my face and is noisy.

A. The vent is a safety measure, so that if the power goes out for example you'll still be able to safely breathe through the mask. It also acts as an exhaust port for when you exhale so you get fresh air coming from the machine.

Q. I have the Bella behind the ear but they hurt really bad I have tried the cover that they sale separately they don't work is it possible that you have something else that's a little more comfortable to fit those straps behind the ears thanks

A. You might want to try a different style like the Swift FX without the hear loops.

Q. Is there any way to make the Bella work with the airmini? A converter perhaps? My airmini mask bothers me so much I sleep poorly and the Bella might be the answer for me.

A. Yes! You will have to use the compatibility/generic set up. This entails an AirMini CPAP Tubing Connector Adapter (WQ22New), a standard non heated hose (like PR15). This set up will allow you to connect your Bella mask, however, you will not be able to use the AirMini HumidX. Instead, you can use Heat and Moisture Exchanger for Breas Z1/Z2 Travel CPAP (5998) or the AirMist HME Kit (505009). Give us a call if you have any questions!

A. We typically can ship out the same or next day depending on the time you order(3PM PST cut-off time & closed on weekends). From there, the standard shipping will typically take 3-8 business days.

Q. Are there any plans to adapt the Swift Fx for her with the loops for the humidification for the AirMini? I have the adapter for the tubing and the Swift FX works well but I really need the humidification. I’ve been using the AirFit P10 but really prefer the loops for the ears

Q. Hi I travel alot and am planning to buy the Resmed Air Mini, will my Swift FX with Bella Loop mask work with the AirMini? Is there an adapter I will need? If it will not work, what would be a similar mask that works with Airmini?

A. Yes, this mask will work with the airmini. You will need the
AirMini CPAP Tubing Connector Adapter model: WQ22New and a non heated tubing. Please note you cannot use the HME waterless humidification capsules with this mask set up.
Should you need some humidification you would want to look into the airmini compatible mask set up, closest mask to yours would be the ResMed P10 AirMini CPAP Setup Pack model: 38824

The Bella Loops are worn around your ears, so there is no messing up your hair, thus there is no need to make adjustments like you would with a headgear. They fit both the Swift FX and the Swift FX for Her masks. The pillow cushions included are small, extra small and medium. Size large pillow can be purchased separately, Large – 61523 on this website also. The package comes with both the loops and the regular headgear-in case you decided the loops do not work for you, and soft wraps to protect your cheeks.

Yeah, I've been doing some searching around, and stumbled upon this website. I am told that this mask is not recommended if your prescribed pressure is above 10 cm of water. Leaks may occur and directing air towards your eyes at a higher pressure. Using the regular headgear may alleviate the leaks.

Now that Resmed also made the same mask with gray loops, my husband can experience the same comfort and quiet of the mask. It's call the Swift™ FX Bella Gray CPAP Nasal Pillow Mask with Headgear. He uses size large pillows. He me the ones he doesn't need that came with his mask. The price is a bit high, but it is well worth it.

The Bella FX for her nasal pillow mask, works really great for me, it came with headgear that goes around my head and the loop that goes around my ears which I like a lot, don't come off even when I moved a lot at night, and the loops are very soft and rest comfortably on my ears n cheeks no discomfort at all.. Came with 3 diferrent sizes of cushion, xtra small, S, M which is great too that way I was able to choose which one suits best.

Swift FX Bella for her nasal mask exceeded my expectations comparing to other masks I have tried. This mask comes with a loop that goes around my ears instead of around my head which I like very much but in the package it also comes with a headgear that goes around your head but I like to use mine with the loop around my ears its very soft and comfortable don't leave marks at all. Nasal cushion is very soft too and come with different sizes which ever give you comfort during your therapy.

They don't call this mask Bella for nothing!!! ResMed makes top of the link mask for customers who want top of the line. This mask definitely exceeds expectation of what a mask should be and its pretty darn cute. I feel Bella about it. I like how it hook to my ears and haven't had trouble of it falling off my ears. I will continue to support ResMed and I hope a Bella 2 is in the works because Nasal Pillows are the way to go. Not to mention cute colors.

I like the mask because by wearing the ear loops to hold the mask on, my hair isn’t permanently indented where the straps used to be on my previous mask. But there is a delicate balance between having the straps hold the mask securely and the straps bothering my ears. On some nights I can find it, and on other nights the balance is elusive.

Subject: New mask
I love this new mask! It is super comfortable. The only thing I don't like are the marks on my face it leaves behind. The clips that hold the mask to the head gear are on the face side and should be on the opposite. It leaves deep depressions in my face that take hours to go away. It's a good thing I'm retired because if I was still working I definitely would not be able to use this mask.
