Removable Water Chamber

Can I track my sleep therapy data with the AirSense 10 AutoSet?
Yes, you can track your sleep data via the myAir app, by SD card download or by viewing it directly on the machine. To view your sleep data on the machine, select the “Sleep Report” menu on the home screen. If you wish to see your AHI (number of breathing events per hour) within the Sleep Report menu, you will need to first enable “Essentials Plus'' on the machine.

Is the AirSense 10 travel-friendly? Can I remove the humidifier?
While not explicitly designed for travel, the AirSense 10 AutoSet is still a very portable machine. The humidifier is built-in but you can remove the water chamber to reduce the size of the machine. Please note that if you remove the water chamber, you will need to insert the ResMed AirSense/AirCurve 10 Side Cover in its place.
Can I bring the AirSense 10 on a plane?
The AirSense 10 is FAA-approved for in-flight use. We recommend packing it as a carry-on as medical equipment does not count towards an airline's carry-on limit. To protect your machine from water damage, please make sure to empty your water chamber before packing.
Does the AirSense 10 ClimateLineAir Heated Tube work with any ResMed machine?
The AirSense 10 ClimateLineAir Heated Tube is only compatible with ResMed AirSense 10/AirCurve 10 models. It is not compatible with ResMed AirSense 11 or S9 models.
Does the AirSense 10 AutoSet adjust air pressure automatically?
Yes, the AirSense 10 AutoSet is an auto CPAP machine, meaning it automatically adjusts pressure within the prescribed pressure range. The AirSense 10 AutoSet also has a standard CPAP mode.

This AutoPAP machine is 10.04" in length, 4.57" in width, and 5.91" in height, with a weight of less than 3 pounds when the water chamber is attached. Do You Need Heated CPAP Tubing?

Heated CPAP tubing serve one primary purpose: preventing moisture buildup in the tube. The heated and humidified air from your CPAP machine cools as it travels from the machine to your face, leading to condensation buildup that, in extreme cases, result in water sloshing around in your hose and mask. If there is a draft nearby (e.g., you sleep with a fan on or near the window), or if you sleep with the AC on, the odds of this happening is even greater.
Condensation in your CPAP tubing is a problem as air flowing past the water droplets can create loud popping sounds that disrupt your sleep. Excess condensation or rainout can result in water splashing onto your face or even into your nose!
Using a heated hose solves these problems because the heated hose helps maintain a constant temperature throughout your CPAP circuit. This temperature control insulates the air inside the tubing from the cooler temperature in its surroundings. As an added bonus, you can even adjust the temperature in the heated hose for your comfort, making this a great upgrade from the standard hose!

I've only owned and used it three nights and I love this machine. It makes my treatment very tolerable. I love the autoset feature and the ability to adjust my Ramp and Start pressures based on my needs and comfort while also being able to view my current night stats the next morning. This helps me to see if they improved or if they were worse from the previous night settings. I'm trying to find the sweet spot to get my stats as low as possible. The CPAP setting is just too strong for me to start off with based on the high pressure that is recommended for me. The autoset setting helps me tolerate the pressure because it adjust as I fall asleep in comparison to the CPAP setting being full blast as soon as the machine starts.
Soon I will be using the OSCAR app to read my SD card for a closer look at my stats.
The machine is very quiet and has a small footprint. I haven't used the humidifier but I will be giving it a try in the future to see if it helps with the dry mouth issue. I ordered a side cover and therefore it makes the machine smaller.
Overall I would recommend this awesome machine.

I have recently purchased this C-Pap from Respshop. I have severe apnea and this machine has been great. I sleep well and feel rested. I love the ramp feature which slowly applies pressure for the first 40 minutes. This is easily adjusted to the comfort of the person using it including turning it off. Great product.
I have had this machine for just over one month as a replacement for the Dreamstation 1 which I had for a little over one year. I liked the Dreamstation 1. I like this machine even better. I have read complaints about the humidifier tank and how filling it is an inconvenience. I think that is a very minor thing and does not bother me at all. I love the size, lightweight, the bluetooth connectivity and the quitness of this machine. I have flown with all three Phillips machines I have had in the past 18 years. This is the smallest and lightest. Would I like the humidifier tank easier to remove and fill? Yes. Is it a deal breaker? No. I am happy with this machine.

I love my new Resmed AirSense 10. I have been using the Resmed 9 for several years now and this new one is definitely easier to sleep with. They have done something with the way that it handles my exhaled air and how natural the breathing feels. I am sleeping better. It does seem to use more water than the Resmed 9 but not much and it's really not a problem. And because the hose is not heated I'm not feeling like I'm breathing hot air. Again, it just feels more natural.
I have only had it a week. The first couple days was a little tough as I was waking up in the night with a very dry mouth and there was a little condensation in my nasal pillow/nose. The humidifier was set on 4, so I moved it to 1. Same thing, dry mouth a little condensation. On my old machine I hardly every used the humidifier and do not remember ever having a dry mouth, though I did have condensation from time to time.
Read the booklet and reviews on the internet regarding the dry mouth. Increased the humidifier to 6. The last two nights, no dry mouth and no condensation. :)
It is quieter than my old CPap. Though I could start my old machine with just a strong breath into my nasal pillows. Not sure if AirSense 10 allows you to do that or at least I haven't figured out how to set it up for that.
Overall, I really like it!
I'm sleeping like a baby again. My last CPAP machine was the Philips Respironics Machine which was recalled recently. I did not realize how little air I was getting until recently when it became evident by my lack of energy and fatigue only minutes after waking in the morning. After only 3 nights of restful REM sleep it is all too clear that a good, properly functioning machine was the difference. The ResMed AirSense 10 CPAP machine is easy to set up, to use and to clean. Couldn't be happier.
This CPAP machine is quiet, easy to use and allows me to sleep sound for eight hours a night. The water reservoir is easy to operate when filling. I am very satisfied with this product.

I just set up my new ResMed Air Sense 10 last week. My prescription is set for CPAP (constant flow) at 10, so can't comment on how it works with the Auto feature. . After the first night, I woke up with a very dry nose. I checked the settings.. My mask was set for pillows, but I use a full face mask, so I changed that. Then I went check the humidifier setting, it was set to 4. I upped it to 5. Not sure if the change made the difference or not, but since then I have had no problems AT ALL and the machine is very quiet. Very happy. Also, happy with the delivery timing as well. Respshop is a great company to work with.. Hope this is helpful.
I've been CPAP dependent for many years and this is my fifth machine. I've had ResMed machines before and was very happy but my current provider had me get a different brand. When that machine was recalled I was going crazy without a machine so even though I could not afford it, I purchased an AirSense10. I LOVE IT! It is quite and seems to deliver more air than my previous machine even though the settings are the same. I don't use the moist air feature so they even have a side cap to make the machine even more compact. I did have to search far and wide to find out how to set the automatic start up so if you are purchasing one, you may as them to do that prior to shipping.

I purchased this machine last Thursday and delivered Friday afternoon. After two nights of using this APAP Machine, it's great! It is simple to use and gives me great results. I have COPD Stage 3 with Moderate Obstructive Sleep Apnea. MyAir score last night was 99/100 with 0 AHI. I got the heated air tube and no more dry mouth or running nose in the morning. I've been using it for a month and it changed my life.
Just keep a constant maintenance and im sure this machine will last for years.
Respshop Customer Service answered all my questions in a breeze.
1. My wife loves it because there is no more snoring from me. All she hears is a very quiet air noise.
2. No more acid reflux. I suspect that the continuous movement of air down my throat inhibits acidity from my stomach coming up. I think I first noticed that I was no longer taking Tums occasionally before going to bed after about 3 - 4 months.
3. Better sleep. I fall asleep quickly and get around 7.5 to 8 hours per night.
4. Sleep through the night without getting up in the middle of the night to go to the rest room. I first noticed this change after about 9 - 10 months of usage. Now after 16 months, I can't remember the last time I did not sleep uninterrupted through the night.
5. I don't feel tired during the day anymore. However, if I lay back in my reclining chair during the day, I will fall asleep. So I deliver myself from temptation by keeping busy unless I feel like a nap and since I'm retired it's OK.
6. A possible long-term benefit may be less likelihood of or delay of the onset of Alzheimers or other mental problems. Don't know but maybe there's research in this area.

I've had it for a week now and love it! Super quiet and meets all expectations. Not crazy about the water tank but function is flawless so far.
This is new version of ResMed, I would like to try the new technology about sleep.
It is better from ResMed9 but can't separate Humid.

1) Way too noisey ... every time you breathe it whisses with you ans it seams to get worst the longer you own the machine .
2) Water tank I find it is too small...Not as good as the 9. Have to fill every morning if you make it through the night.
They told me that this is not common on this machine . So they talked mr into another one ( Resmed 10 ). Well people this is the way they are built noisey and small tank. I will give it a couple of weeks and see , but I dought it will change. Wise me luck...
I just bought the rested airsence 10 from reshot. and the machine started to put out noxscios air and I could not breath properly last night ad shut it off. I haven't tried tonight yet. what is wrong with this machine!!!! need answer ASAP!!!!!

I have this machine, it has a feature called Smart Start which senses when you start breathing it will start up and will also have a night light come on as well.
